Each reflexology treatment begins with a short consultation so I can understand how you’re feeling and tailor the treatment to your needs on the day. This ensures every session is completely bespoke and focused on helping you get the most from your time.
Your treatment will start with warm towels infused with beautiful essential oils to help you relax and unwind. From there, you can simply lie back and enjoy a calming 60-minute reflexology treatment designed to help you switch off, restore balance and leave feeling deeply relaxed.

A gentle and calming reflexology treatment designed especially for children. Each session begins with a short chat to understand how your child is feeling, allowing the treatment to be tailored to their needs.
Reflexology can help support relaxation, better sleep and emotional balance, and may also be helpful with balancing hormones. The treatment is soothing, nurturing and designed to help your child feel calm, settled and comfortable.

I’m a fully qualified clinical reflexologist based in Cambridge, with a real passion for helping others find a moment of calm and balance in their busy lives. Reflexology has always been a refuge for me whenever I’ve needed to slow down, reset and take care of myself, which is what inspired me to train so I could offer the same support to others.
I believe reflexology is a beautiful way to encourage relaxation, restore balance and support overall wellbeing. My aim is to create a welcoming, calming space where you can truly switch off and enjoy some time just for you.
